Standard IEEE conference format (A4 Size, double column) is required.

Initial Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers (maximum of 6 pages) reporting original, previously unpublished research, which is not currently under review by another conference or journal.

  • All papers must be written in English.
  • Submission must be in PDF format.
  • Papers should be submitted through the Microsoft CMT Portal.
  • Author names and affiliations must be included (Single-Blind Review).

Final Submission (Camera Ready)

For accepted papers, authors must follow these steps to ensure inclusion in IEEE Xplore:

  • Address all comments provided by the reviewers in the final version.
  • Validate your PDF via IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure compatibility.
  • Submit the signed Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF).
  • Complete the registration payment for the paper to be included in the technical program.
Plagiarism Policy: ICMAC 2027 takes plagiarism very seriously. All submitted papers will be checked using the IEEE CrossCheck system (Turnitin). Any paper with significant overlap with previously published work will be rejected without review.
