3rd International Conference

ICMAC2027

Microwave · Antennas · Circuits

5–6 April 2027 · Information Technology University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan

Conference General Chair's Welcome Message

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Qasim Mehmood
As Conference Chair, I warmly welcome you to ICMAC 2027 - the third edition of this prestigious event, hosted this year by the Information Technology University (ITU), Lahore, on April 5–6, 2027, following the success of the first edition at NUST, Islamabad in 2022 and the second in 2024.
This conference is organized by the IEEE APS/CASS/MTT-S/SSCS Joint Chapter, Lahore Section, which has hosted numerous events to foster research and collaboration across the microwave, antenna, and circuits community in Pakistan and beyond.
ICMAC established Pakistan's first dedicated forum on Antennas, Microwaves, and Circuits, and ICMAC 2027 builds on that foundation by offering a broader platform for cutting-edge research and industry–academia synergy. The Technical Program Committee has curated a rich program featuring global keynotes, panel discussions, technical sessions, industry talks, and exhibitions. Dedicated events for young professionals and women in engineering, together with a gala dinner, further enhance the experience.

Lahore, Pakistan

Lahore, the cultural heart of Pakistan, is a vibrant metropolis defined by its deep historical roots, artistic heritage, and energetic urban life. Renowned for its iconic Mughal-era architecture, the city is home to famous landmarks such as the Badshahi Mosque, Shalimar Gardens, and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Lahore Fort. Beyond its monuments, Lahore stands as an academic and economic powerhouse, hosting top-tier institutions like Information Technology University (ITU) alongside thriving modern commercial centers. Known historically as the "City of Gardens," it seamlessly blends ancient charm—found within the bustling, narrow alleys of the Walled City—with modern infrastructure, including the Orange Line Metro Train. The city is equally celebrated for its world-class culinary scene, rich literary festivals, and the spirited hospitality of its people, captured in the famous local adage, "He who hasn't seen Lahore hasn't been born."
