Answers to common questions about submission, registration and attending ICMAC 2027.
No registration is required to submit. Just visit the Submission page, download the official LaTeX or Word template, and submit your manuscript along with your author list and track selection. You will receive a unique Paper ID by email.
Manuscripts must use the official ICMAC 2027 LaTeX or Word template, available on the Submission page, and be submitted as a PDF. Please keep to the page limit and formatting guidance described in the template.
Yes. Each paper needs its own submission, with its own manuscript, author list and Paper ID. If more than one of your papers is accepted, each requires its own registration and fee payment.
Use the Paper Status page with your Paper ID and corresponding-author email to view the current review stage and, once released, reviewer comments.
You'll receive a decision email with your reviewer feedback. Accepted papers must upload a camera-ready version from the Paper Status page, and the presenting author should then register and pay the conference fee using the Paper ID, to confirm the presentation slot.
Fees vary by delegate category, with separate local (PKR) and international (USD) rates, and are listed in full on the Registration page.
Registration and fee payment happen after your paper is accepted (or at any time for non-author attendees). Registration fees are paid by bank transfer. After submitting the registration form you will receive payment instructions and can upload your payment proof directly on the confirmation page. Presenting authors should enter their Paper ID on the Registration page to link it to their accepted paper.
Once your payment proof is uploaded, the organizing committee reviews it and updates your registration status to Paid, usually within a few working days. You can check your status anytime from the link in your registration confirmation email.
ICMAC 2027 is planned as an on-site event at ITU Lahore. Please contact the organizing committee if you have special circumstances requiring remote participation.
